1. Highlight all file and folders ["Ctrl"+"A"] then
2. Right click, select "Add to Archive"
3. a window pops up with "RAR" selected, instead select "Zip" then click "okay".
4. You now have a new file looking like a pile of books. This is the "ZIP" file and contains all the information within it.
