Create new categories as seen to the left
Edit your current categories by clicking on it's edit icon
Remove categories by on the category then selecting "Remove Selected"

Once an order is made an email is sent to the client with their order information.
Select "Notifications" from the top menu
Enter your email address, this will be your clients reply address should they reply to the invoice email.
leave "%shoppingCartContent" in the text, this will be automatically replaced by the clients order information.
